OK, so how in the hell did I miss this site? These guys have been around since the 90s and I've just stumbled onto them while doing a google image search for peanut tanks. I'm speaking about the guys at ChoppersRule.com.
The first thing that grabs you (besides the editors resemblance to Steven Spielberg, no offence Warren) is they know their Choppers. Long, lean, mean choppers. No bottle just throttle choppers. Old school (god I hate that term) build them yourself choppers.
In this day of bolt on bits it's nice to find some folks that see things as they should be.
So imagine my surprise when I sent Ole Warren an E-mail to offer up some raisin pie and he wrote me back. Not weeks, days or even hours later but pretty much right away. These guys seem to be a real class act.
Now I'm not here hocking someone else's site, but I do feel a duty to point folks in a good direction when they leave my site and you cant do to much better than clicking over to ChoppersRule.com.
No this is not a paid endorsement, just a quick plug to give these guys the respect they deserve. And it never hurts to have another resource in your favorites folder when you need advice on rebuilding that old S&S Super E carb you picked up on eBay.
Tell them Mike sent you.
